Registration and Vacancies
We request information from you on our online registration forms and applications for individual roles. Here you must provide contact details, information regarding the type of work you are seeking, your skills, qualifications and experience, which may or may not include your Curriculum Vitae. This information is used to enable us to provide you with work-finding services; the contact information provided is used to get in touch with you and will only be used for this purpose.

When do we share your personal data?
Blackden Consulting and all Associated Persons will consult the candidate before submitting a profile to a vacancy. Blackden Consulting will share your information only in order to provide work-finding services.Blackden Consulting will not share client information with our candidates without the client’s permission.If Blackden Consulting’s business is sold or integrated with another business, you will be notified via email/on our website of any changes in the disclosure of your details. Your details may be disclosed to our advisers, purchasers and their advisers. Your details will be passed on to the new owners of the business.In the unlikely event of bankruptcy, insolvency or liquidation, the database may be considered an asset and subject to third party transfer.We may also release information relating to you to regulatory or law enforcement authorities, if required by law to do so.
