Why Did We Setup US Tax Jobs?‍ (Our Sister Company)

This (US Tax Jobs ) has been something I'd wanted to create for a very long time - in fact since starting up in the US tax recruitment space.

Running a US tax recruitment business is awesome, but from a candidate's perspective (and client) it was always hard to get a general idea of the hiring landscape, given how many small and boutique US tax firms exist, even outside of the US. That's why last week, we launched US Tax Jobs.

For example, we work with an incredible 15-person US tax firm that offers amazing perks, WFH, great mentoring, complex tax cases etc. but because they're so small, it was hard to get their name onto the market.

We then work with a 30-person, tax technology firm that's changing how tax returns are processed. But, we can't work with all firms.

ustaxjobs.com allows companies of every size and budget, to represent themselves in the US tax community and show prospective employees what they have to offer.

It's about transparency.

Other communities have their own dedicated job board, why not the US tax space in Europe?
